This loft exclusively occupies around 2,000 square feet on a high level floor in a small, privately owned building on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village. It boasts an impressive 500 square foot private deck oasis off the main room set away from the bustling city streets, featuring grand views of the NYC skyline and the Empire State Building. Bradley made the most out of every inch of this space with plush, elegant finishes and ingenious hidden storage solutions. His upgrades include black granite floors, a pony hair tile wall, aluminum tile master bath and a fireplace wall featuring travertine and marble panels. Bradley designed several pieces of furniture for this space, including the master bed, master nightstands, guest bed and dining room chairs. He customized a Lindsey Adelman chandelier and placed it above a Prouvé brushed stainless steel dining table. A black lacquered and antiqued copper Robert Kuo checkered screen partially separates the dining space from the main living room. A Minotti sectional, a pair of custom-leather Scott & Cooner lounge chairs and an Italian mid-century mosaic coffee table sit on an opulent silk Fort Street floor covering. Bradley maximized functionality with aesthetically profound design in every room. From the combination guest bedroom and office to the unique master bath, he artfully utilizes interior space. Each room is a collection of vintage and modern furniture assembled for their beauty and function, denoting the sophistication and elegance of Bradley’s signature design view, “World Modern.”
