Located in the Hollywood Hills’ exclusive Bird Streets, this 5,500 square foot ranch-style home was originally built in 1968. Stripping the structure to its bare bones, Bradley remodeled the property to accentuate an open, peaceful feeling and to maximize its views. By minimizing the distinction between the inside and outside living spaces, using Italian limestone flooring throughout the main living areas and installing sliding glass pocket doors, he created an airy environment perfect for Southern California. A soft color palette was used throughout the house with indigenous finishes like the white onyx, natural ledger stone and limestone. Bradley’s keen attention to detail has created a space that is an elegant marriage between form and function, making this property a comfortable yet sophisticated home.
