This building was completed in 1989, but it wasn’t until 1995 that its current inhabitants moved to the 15th and 16th floors. Bradley’s remodel highlights the elegance and sophistication of the 15th floor lobby by accentuating the existing circular pillar, terrazzo floors and two-story high ceilings. Bradley’s touches can also be found in the jewel-like hallway sconces and rich textures used throughout. This update seamlessly blends the cutting edge of design and the high energy of an entertainment company to create the perfect atmosphere for one of the country’s largest entertainment agencies.
